The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) held a successful auction this Wednesday, achieving a remarkable total of over PKR 416 million from the sale of 28 mixed-use plots.
The event showcased plots from various housing projects, with oversight from the LDA auction team, including top officials like the Housing Additional DG, Director Finance, Director Housing, among others. The auction details were clearly presented at the event.
Key sales included a high-value site and a residential plot in Jubilee Town, fetching PKR 21.84 million and PKR 6.976 million. In Johar Town, four plots attracted bids totaling PKR 130.959 million, PKR 30.9273 million, PKR 30.9493 million, and PKR 30.4785 million. A Gulshan Ravi property sold for PKR 9.62 million, while two plots in Mustafa Town went for PKR 6.369 million and PKR 6 million.
The auction also featured eight plots at Tezaab Market, Do Moria Bridge, with final bids ranging from PKR 5.838 million to PKR 7.986 million.
